Commonly used methods for identifying zipper quality

Cloth tape: The cloth tape is dyed evenly, free from stains, scars, and soft to the touch. The tape should be wavy in the vertical or horizontal direction.

Teeth: The surface of the teeth should be smooth, feel soft when pulling up, and have less noise.

Pull head: Self-locking pull head is easy to pull and open, locks without slipping.

Appliqué: The appliqué is fastened to the tape, which is not easy to break and fall off.

Square, hosel: intersperse freely, fasten cloth tape.

Top stop, bottom stop:

a. The top stop must fasten the grain teeth (metal, nylon), but the distance cannot exceed 1mm and it is strong and perfect.

b. The lower stop is fastened to the teeth or pliers, and it is strong and perfect.
